
The first female and the youngest person to take the position, Megan brings energy and a plethora of fresh ideas to the most read student-run blog in the world. We sat down with Megan to ask her 10 questions about her plans as the new (wo)man in charge.

Whether it’s natural curiosity or fear of the spotlight, I’m not sure, but I’ve always been more comfortable asking questions rather than answering them. Interviewing interesting people -- friends, family, or strangers -- is an enjoyable activity that I hope to turn into a living. At Penn State, I was afforded the opportunity to follow that passion -- and then some.

Had I been told four years ago that Penn State had all this in store for me, I never would have believed it. I hope I can love anything in my life as much as I love you, Penn State. I'm so grateful for this, and I'll make it all up to you someday.

As my graduation loomed ever closer this spring, the fact I’m leaving one of my favorite places and some of my favorite people became more palpable, and assignments became increasingly less important. But despite knowing I was leaving, I couldn't stop spending time working towards something I had been involved with for the past year: the development of a student farm at Penn State.
