The HUB Is A Playground: Swing Set To Adorn Green Roof Terrace

Nearly a month after the HUB expansion's grand opening, Penn State officials have confirmed the addition of a swingset to the HUB's new Green Roof Terrace, the Class of 2014's Senior Class Gift. With the addition, the University officially declared the HUB a playground, despite students adamantly declaring the HUB not a playground last year over social media.

Onward State Endorses Emily McDonald For UPUA President

Onward State is endorsing Emily McDonald and Terry Ford for executive office in the 2015 UPUA Election. The McDonald/Ford ticket brings the most experience and institutional knowledge to this election. McDonald, as the assembly's current vice president under outgoing president Anand Ganjam, can step into the role of president with little transition, already holding important relationships with Penn State administrators and fellow student leaders.

A group of four students in the Smeal College of Business have created a service called LionShoppers that will deliver groceries to your door, so you can spend less time in the store and more time at the Phyrst studying. The four students said they were inspired to create the company to fill a need that they believe exists in State College, especially since students are super busy and often don't have access to a car.
