Homecoming is most likely still fresh in the minds of Penn Staters. It seems like it was just yesterday that the parade rolled down College Avenue and the Nittany Lions took on Northwestern in Beaver Stadium. A weekend like that of Homecoming requires a lot of planning by a hard-working group of students, and so the executive director of Homecoming 2015 has officially been selected.
According to its website, MAV "is a group of Penn State men who seek to oppose interpersonal violence in all of its manifestations and to promote healthy masculinity."

Through the years, we have seen so many different schedules. We've learned that each schedule requires a certain level of preparation and effort (along with a certain level of stress and panic). With that in mind, we bring you the best and worst finals schedules of Fall 2014.
There are some things about Penn State football that are special, but not necessarily unique. Lots of schools have loud student sections -- even if we might have the loudest. Other schools might also do cool color stunts in the stands, like the Whiteout. However, Nittanyville and the passion behind its existence is something that is truly unique.
Here at Onward State, we'd like you to be able to enjoy your Whiteout experience this weekend without being "that kid" while hopefully capturing the same energy level. Late starts are a beautiful thing. Being able to sleep in, starting to tailgate in the afternoon instead of early morning, and watching a game under the lights at Beaver Stadium is the basis for a perfect day in any Penn Stater's book.
