Each year on the Sunday before spring finals, Penn State students take a break from their arduous studying to participate in the Mifflin Streak, but how did this tradition get started?

There's seven words every college student hates to hear: "You'll have a group project this semester." Coincidentally, those are the same seven words every professor loves to say.

If you're mad stressed about finals like the rest of us, then SPA has a treat for you! They've dubbed this week Relaxation Week and will be hosting activities all week long on the first floor of the HUB. Take a study break any time between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm to lower stress the Martha Stewart way- by crafting.

In the words of Porky the Pig after his really long stutter, "That's all, folks."

Tomorrow night, two political heavyweights will descend on Penn State's campus for what some are deeming "The Great Debate" (at least that's what it says on the tickets). Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich and former White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs will square off in Schwab Auditorium at 8 p.m. to discuss the role of government in a free society.

If you've been in the HUB on a Monday from 12-2 pm in the last month or so, you've probably heard someone yell at you something like "help find Kony," "not endorsed by the NRA," or "take this if you're against the war in Vietnam," while simultaneously getting a newspaper shoved in your face.
These people aren't technically crazy, they're just members of The Black Sheep, a new media publication on Penn State's campus.
