
State College Mayor Ron Filippelli made the temporary name-change official during Monday night's Borough Council meeting.

Packages include tennis balls, glowsticks, snacks, and more.

“At THON, I never felt awkward or out of place like I did a lot of other times. It was a place where I could be a kid and it was a place where I always felt the closest with my sister, too.

"Four Diamonds might only be able to serve people in Pennsylvania, but our goal to find a cure for childhood cancer extends around the world. I hope to show others that supporting THON does not have to be monetary, but can also be spreading awareness of our mission or supporting others in the THON Community."

"Every opportunity that a child gets to be just a kid for a moment is priceless...I want every single kid to have that."

Urban Dance Troupe took home the $2,500 prize and will perform at THON Weekend next month.
