
No. 3 Penn State men's lacrosse remained undefeated in a rare Tuesday afternoon spring break faceoff against Furman today. Shaky defense made it a one-goal game late in the fourth, but dominant second and third quarters were enough to push the Nittany Lions (6-0) past the Paladins 12-10.

Local artist Michael Black announced that he will run for State College mayor as a democratic candidate in this year's election following Mayor Elizabeth Goreham's decision to not seek reelection.

Marina Cotarelo, a graduate student in higher education and GPSA Vice President, announced this morning that she will pursue a seat on the State College Borough Council.

The point guard started in all 31 games this season, registering a team-high 13.2 points per game and 4.2 assists per game to become the first Nittany Lion selected to the All-Freshman team since 2006.
