Penn State students and staff are invited to participate in a 50/50 raffle supporting Centre County United Way.
The event will be livestreamed at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 9.
Applications are officially open through January 29.
The public now has access to some department policies, detailed arrest data, and other information about police operations.
"Our goal is usually 10 [turnovers] or less, and if we had that, we would have won this game."
After receiving support for more than 125 university campaigns, Penn State raised more than $990,00 through approximately 10,400 gifts.
