President Eric Barron announced the planned freeze at a Pennsylvania State Senate Appropriations hearing on Tuesday, potentially paving the way for the university's first tuition freeze since 1967, a whopping 48 years ago, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Who Is James Vivenzio, The Informant Behind The KDR Allegations?
