Last month, UPUA passed legislation to launch the creatively-titled WTF (What To Fix) PSU campaign. The idea itself is simple enough: use social media to let UPUA know what you'd like to see fixed around campus. While the idea is good in theory, we all know it'll be used for boring things like fixing water fountains or putting more chairs in the HUB because it's UPUA and UPUA rarely does anything exciting. With that in mind, the staff at Onward State compiled a list of six things that WTF PSU should do to make our school a better place.

Frustrated by spending football game days on his phone, in futile attempts to guide friends and family to his specific location, Ryan Owen, a Penn State graduate, realized there must be a better solution.

I went on a mission to find out all I could about State College's tattoo culture straight from the sources. The Nittany Lions (3-1) open the Big Ten conference slate tomorrow against the Indiana Hoosiers (2-2) on the road. The Hoosiers aren't the toughest challenge that Penn State will face over the course of the season, but the team has a very prolific offense featuring one of the Big Ten's best passing attacks. In a series that dates back to 1993, Penn State will head into Bloomington undefeated against Indiana, topping the Hoosiers in each of their 16 prior meetings.

Penn State defeated Indiana in three sets in Bloomington to give them an overall 11-2 record.
