Joan Coble wasn’t used to her boss Gary Schultz, senior vice president for finance and business, using a stern tone with her. So the one time he did during the 14 years they worked together, she knew she had to listen. That meant she had to stay away from the file labeled “Sandusky, Jerry.”

After a brief recess, director of university police Thomas Harmon continued to receive questions about the correspondence between administrators and law enforcement about Jerry Sandusky.

Mike McQueary has been called to testify several times before – during Gary Schultz and Tim Curley’s preliminary hearing in December 2011 and Jerry Sandusky’s trial in June 2012. McQueary did not add much that hasn't been said before during his testimony, other than some personal conversations with Joe Paterno, and seemed at ease while on the witness stand.

After months of delay and debate, three former Penn State administrators, Graham Spanier, Tim Curley, and Gary Schultz, will finally appear at a preliminary hearing.
