I dread that question, and I know I am not alone. My major is awesome, but complicated. Although I sometimes wonder whether or not I should take the time to try and explain, I know it's oh so worth it.

Jerry Sandusky's attorneys continued with the appeal process today, filing an appeal to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania asking for a new trial.
The filing states seven different reasons that a new trial is warranted, including the defense not having enough time to prepare for trial and a potential legal violation in the prosecution's closing argument that unfairly implied Sandusky's guilt.

With an increased public scrutiny toward the findings made in the Freeh Report, Penn State released the letter of engagement sent to Louis Freeh by the Board of Trustees earlier today to increase transparency with the transaction.

The Board of Arbitration will meet Tuesday night at 7 p.m. in 111 HUB to rule on eligibility violations in the Aaron Dillen/Elias Machina presidential ticket that Onward State outlined late last week.

Penn State trustee Anthony Lubrano is set to testify in front of a Pennsylvania Senate committee on Government next Monday, March 18. The public hearing was originally scheduled to hear from only Auditor General Eugene DePascuale and Board of Trustees Governance Committee chair Jim Broadhurst. Lubrano was just recently added to the schedule, along with former trustee Bob Horst.
