10 Questions With Alumnus Keegan Michael-Key

You might be wondering why Keegan Michael-Key -- known for his Comedy Central sketch show Key & Peele and his time on MAD TV -- is the latest subject for an Onward State 10 Questions post. What you didn't know is that Key is a Penn State alumnus, earning a Masters degree at the School of Theatre in the early '90s. I got a chance to catch up with Key to talk about his show, his memories of Penn State, and more. Read on.

Game Day Observations: Wisconsin

Penn State's emotional performance on Saturday is something that will be discussed for many years to come. Of all the games I've attended over the years, only 2005 Ohio State and 2007 Notre Dame came close in terms of excitement and meaning. If you were a student and didn't give up one more day at home for this game, you should regret it. Here are the last observations of the season.

Penn State Receives 61 AP Votes, Ranked 29th

A roller coaster season is in the books for Penn State, and with an impressive 8-4 record, the Nittany Lions have garnered a substantial amount of national attention. In this week's AP poll, Penn State received 61 points, good for 29th in the country.

Bill O’Brien: “They’re a Bunch of F***ers”…or was it “Fighters”?

Twitter was abuzz following Penn State's victory tonight with comments about Bill O'Brien's postgame interview in which he appeared to say "They're a bunch of f***ers," on live TV with ESPN. Of course, O'Brien meant it as a compliment, and he was noticeably emotional after the biggest win of this remarkable season. But it's also possible that O'Brien said "They're a bunch of fighters," as much as it sounded like the former.

Lions Earn 24-21 OT Senior Day Victory Against Badgers

After a year of unfamiliar circumstances, the Nittany Lions overcame a few more today to defeat the Wisconsin Badgers 24-21 in overtime. It was an emotional Senior Day at Beaver Stadium that featured an inspiring performance from defensive tackle Jordan Hill.

Gameday Coverage: Penn State vs. Wisconsin

Happy Saturday from a cold Beaver Stadium where low temperatures and potential snow flurries will only add to the emotion surrounding today's Senior Day clash between the Penn State Nittany Lions (7-4, 5-2) and the Wisconsin Badgers (7-4, 4-3). Bill O'Brien's first season with the Nittany Lions has been quite a journey, and he will be looking to end it on a high note. In his seventh season in charge of the Badgers' program, Bret Bielema will be searching for a victory before next week's Big Ten Championship game against the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
