It was a really weird game, but more than any other statistics or career accomplishments, today's contest will be remembered as the day Bill O'Brien recorded his first win as Penn State's head coach.
Good afternoon from Beaver Stadium where the Penn State Nittany Lions (0-2) are set to take on the Navy Midshipmen (0-1). The Midshipmen are led by Ken Niumatalolo who is in his fifth year as head coach of the program. Today will be Bill O'Brien's third attempt at his first win after dropping games to Ohio and Virginia. Several service branches of the military will be honored as part of Military Appreciation Day.
