Once described by NPR as the “platonic ideal of bro-dom,” Lochte is (apparently) a hit with the college female population. Downtown was a bustling clusterfuck last night — there was a 50 person line to drink at the Allen Street Grill for crying out loud — but Twitter quickly became ablaze with Lochte sightings at various State College drinking holes.
