Mind-Grapes on Stage

tracy-morganTracy Morgan, Tracy Jordan of 30 Rock fame, will be performing at the Pullo Family Performing Arts Center on the campus of Penn State- York on Saturday, April 18th, at 7:30 PM. How did the school snag Morgan? Apparently all of you have to do is ask. Students told the Center that they wanted to see him perform, and they asked around.

At first, the Pullo Center was told that Morgan wasn’t touring. But after contacting Morgan’s agent, Pullo Center director Vickie Hubbard said she was able to book him for a one-night gig Saturday.

We had Daniel Tosh recently, and now they have Tracy Morgan. The Center has a good track record for comedy, bringing in the Last Comic Standing Tour last year, and Lewis Black and Bob Saget in the past.

Maybe Jordan Morgan can make a quick jaunt up here before his next taping of TGS. I’d like to hear what’s on his mind-grapes.

Senior Writes Final Column

Senior columns, with all their melodrama and platitudes, usually leave me eye-rolling and shaking my head with a vigor usually reserved for study abroad blog posts. But, as I graduate a week from today, I figured I should give it a go myself. Rather than discuss the origins of Onward State like Evan,  I’d just like to briefly thank a few individuals who have defined my Penn State experience.
