Eco-Action to Host Earth Day Celebration

800px-earth_flag_pd2What: Earth Day (which is forecast to be sunny and warm) will include speakers, performances, and activities that could definitely keep your mind off of final projects for the afternoon and well into the evening.

There will also be plenty of environmentally-geared student groups in attendance with their own booths, so if you’re looking to get involved, or just get informed, HUB Lawn is the place to be tomorrow.  Speaking of gears, bring your bike along for a free tune up from Freeze Thaw from 12-3pm.

If that doesn’t convince you to join in, check out the site, it convinced me.

So, what do you think?  Will you join in on some yoga?  Or maybe the Post-Consumer Water Bottle Pit?  Personally, I think I’m going to be spending a lot of time at the tye-dye booth.

See you there

When: April 18th, 12pm-8pm

Where: HUB Lawn
