SPA Late Night Gets Trippy with Banachek

America's leading mentalist, Banachek, will be performing his mind bending psychic stunts at Heritage Hall this Friday as part of SPA Late Night at the HUB.The 2011 badass chick flick Hanna will also be shown in the HUB this weekend.

State Theatre’s September Movie Series

In recent years, the State Theatre has provided a venue for students, faculty, and community members to get exposure to less mainstream films throughout the semester. These are often high quality pieces that didn't make it to the big-ticket theaters. This fall is no different, as the "State" has a schedule littered with quality films and performing acts. Here's a schedule of some upcoming films.

The Eagle Has Landed to Rock State College

If you enjoyed the 30 minute ballad blocks of Seal, La Bouche and Alanis Morissette on 98.7 Wish FM, there's some bad news for you. The soft hits station has been melted down and reforged into Eagle 98.7, a down-to-the-roots rock station serving the head banging needs of State College and its surrounding areas.

Greeks Kick Off Semester at Convocation

Doing your best to be your best — that was the theme of Penn State's first annual Greek convocation last night.

The keynote speaker of the evening, Dr. Lori Hart, said that this is what she expects from Greek organizations not only at Penn State, but across the country. And she believes the key to this is friendship.

State Shades Penn State Football Contest

Disorder in Cael’s House
