State Theatre to Welcome The Machine

America’s top Pink Floyd cover band, The Machine, will be playing at the State Theatre tonight at 8 p.m.

The Machine, which has been touring since 1988, has been complimented by magazines like Spin, which gave the ultimate compliment a cover band can receive–saying The Machine “sounds exactly like Pink Floyd.” The performance will consist of incredible lights and effects as well as the great music of Pink Floyd. Tickets are still on sale at the State Theatre ranging from $29-$39.

If your Pink Floyd addiction can’t be satisfied from seeing the next closest thing live, you’re in luck. In addition to the concert, there will be a Pink Floyd Late Skate at the Penn State Ice Rink at 11 p.m. Admission is $4.25 and skate rentals are $1.75.
