As you may know, the Cirque du Soleil is coming to State College on Tuesday, April 24, to perform "Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour". This show is the largest production ever at the BJC, and will combine the traditional Cirque du Soleil acrobatics and gymnastics with live music to create an experience unlike any other show yet. I had the chance to sit down with Maxime Charbonneau, the main publicist for the tour, to ask him more about the show.
Although none of us really want to talk about it, graduation weekend is right around the corner. Graduating from Penn State is something that most of us seniors aren't looking forward to, but it is also something we must do, and something that we will never want to forget. As emotional as it might be, the weeks leading up to graduation are the time to go buy that cap and gown (you can do it!) and head to the best spots on campus and create those permanent graduation memories. Last month, Invisible Children released a 29-minute video called Kony 2012 to increase widespread awareness about the fugitive by April 20, 2012. It went viral, and received over 100 million views in six days.
