Jury selected for the Jerry Sandusky trial concluded yesterday after only two days. During that process, a list of potential witnesses was shown to the jury pool to vet for any personal connections. Most notably on that list were the names Jay Paterno and Sue Paterno.

Two More Lions Drafted By MLB Teams

A day after Penn State ace Joe Kurrasch was selected in the MLB Draft, two of his teammates were chosen on the draft's third and final day. The Nittany Lions' All-Big Ten first baseman Jordan Steranka was selected by his hometown Pittsburgh Pirates in the 21st round, while John Walter, a tall right handed pitcher, was selected by the Kansas City Royals in the 29th round.
