Court Date Scheduled for Graham Spanier v. Penn State

The first court date has been set in the case involving former Penn State President Graham Spanier filed against Penn State in an attempt to force the university to turn over emails that are now a part of the Freeh investigation.

“Blue Out” to Become New Football Tradition

There will be another "Blue Out" during the September 22nd game against Temple. Stuart Shapiro and Laura March, creators of last year’s Blue Out during the Nebraska game, have partnered with One Heart and the Penn State Athletic Department to create an annual “Blue Out” game to continue the fight against child sexual abuse.

Zeno’s Recognized as a Top 20 College Bar

Downtown State College, like many college towns, is known for its various drinking establishments. One of those bars is even receiving a bit of national recognition. Men's Health recently named the "Best College Beer Bars in America," and Zeno's was one of the top twenty.
