Peachy Paterno to Stay

Your favorite ice cream will continue to be sold and for a good cause.

Per the Associated Press, Penn State’s College of Agricultural Sciences announced on Monday that Peachy Paterno will remain in the freezers at the Berkey Creamery. Additionally, for the next year, the sales generated from the famous flavor will be donated to a charity that deals with the world-wide issue of child sex abuse.

The charity is yet to be named.

Joe Paterno may have lost his statue and Joegies, but his ice cream remains in the creamery and his name still endures on the library.
