Get Your Secrets Ready for PostSecret Live!

December might be two months away, but start getting your secrets ready, because Frank Warren of PostSecret will be coming to Penn State to speak on December 3. His presentation is part of the upcoming PostSecret Live events.

If you’re not familiar with PostSecret, you might recognize the postcards containing secrets from the All-American Rejects’ music video, “Dirty Little Secret.”

Warren will give a multimedia presentation, where he will feature postcards that were banned from the books, tell “behind the secrets” stories that are funny, inspiring, and emotion-evoking. The audience is also invited to come up to the mic and tell a secret of their own, and Frank will share his.

After the presentation, Frank will be available for a book signing/meet and greet, where books will be available for purchase, including “PostSecret: Confessions on Life, Death, and God.” The book is the number one New York Times Best Seller.

The event will start at 8 p.m., and will be held at Alumni Hall in the HUB. The event will be open to students and faculty, as well as the general public.

Frank Warren wrote on the event’s Facebook page and said “I’m very excited for this event. I need a Creamery fix! Please check back to this webpage for more event details as they become available.”
