Nittany Lions Look to Continue Road Dominance

The 2012 Penn State Nittany Lions certainly appear to enjoy road games. Despite losing a one point affair, they thoroughly outplayed the Virginia Cavaliers, winning the turnover battle 4-0. Their dominance was reflected on the scoreboard in conference contests against Illinois and Iowa. Those games were blowouts from the start, and the Nittany Lions will try to repeat those efforts this Saturday on the road at Purdue.

Harvard Sailing Team to Drop Anchor at Alumni Hall

The storm was no match for Harvard Sailing Team, whose show will go on as scheduled at Alumni Hall in the HUB tonight at 10 p.m. The sketch comedy group is not actually from Harvard, nor does it sail, but they have put out some pretty hilarious stuff in the past, and when was the last time you went to a sketch comedy show, anyway?

The CATA bus is really a lifesaver. But it become pretty useless when you can’t even catch one because they’re either too full or because everybody else at the East Halls bus stop cut in front of you. Personally, I am a huge fan of bubble tea and it’s delightful chunkiness, so you can imagine I the joy I felt when I heard that State College was getting it’s very own bubble tea shop: Tea-Time.

Would Joe Paterno Be Facing Criminal Charges?

If you recall, there were four men mentioned by Louis Freeh and his team as being at fault for endangering children: Graham Spanier, Gary Schultz, Tim Curley, and of course, the late Joe Paterno. Charges have been filed against the three living men that were perpetrators in the eyes of Louis Freeh, so I have to wonder if Joe Paterno would be in Spanier's shoes today.

Distraction Of The Day: HUB Recycling Flash Mob

In a world where recycling becomes more and more important every single day, making sure that you throw out any reusable goods is a necessity. It seems that a group of Penn State students from the National Residence Hall Honorary, Assocation of Residence Hall Students, the EcoReps, and the Clown Nose Club decided to emphasize that point this past Friday, organizing a Recycling Flash Mob.
