This early portion of the offseason has not been short on accomplishments for the Penn State football team, as yesterday Jordan Hill notched an invite to the 64th annual Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama on January 26th.
We have all heard stories about Penn Staters getting creative to raise money for THON, but this fundraiser by special interest org FOTO might just take the cake. Astronomy Professor Brad Barlow will deliver a lecture today dressed as Buddy the Elf at 11:15 in 105 Forum as part of an embarrassing fashion auction for THON.
People who complain that higher education is infested with leftists and (dum, dum, dum) liberal Democrats just got some more ammunition. The Daily Collegian ran a cool story today about Penn State professors' political donations for the 2012 cycle, and it showed heavy favoritism to President Obama.
In July, the National Review agreed with a post from the Competitive Enterprise Institute that likened Penn State climatologist to Jerry Sandusky. Three months later, Doctor Mann filed lawsuits against these organizations. Citing a lack of funds, the publisher of National Review Online petitioned his readers for donations to fund their legal campaign.
