Man Arrested for Entering Palmerton Apartments Naked and Masturbating

Earlier this morning, at approximately 1:03 a.m., State College police responded to a complaint at the Palmerton apartment building on Beaver Ave. The call said that a male had entered an apartment, went into a female's bedroom, and started masturbating.
