Earlier this morning, at approximately 1:03 a.m., State College police responded to a complaint at the Palmerton apartment building on Beaver Ave. The call said that a male had entered an apartment, went into a female's bedroom, and started masturbating.
Interim Executive Vice President and Provost, Rob Pangborn, sent out a mass email to Undergraduate students advising them to stop downloading illegal content from the internet. Chances are you immediately deleted the email upon receiving it. President Rob Pangborn is not a big fan of the Pirate community at Penn State.
