Penn State Police Responds to Snowball Fight

The daily Penn State Police log is generally pretty boring. From drug busts in dorms to standard traffic stops, most days the log is pretty typical for a large college town. Every once in awhile, though, you get a case report that’s a real head scratcher, like this one:

We live in a world where college freshmen are stopped by the police for throwing snowballs. It wasn’t so long ago that the Pollock vs. East snowball fight was an annual tradition, celebrated by all in the name of sport and all that is good.
