Penn State will not have a chance to get revenge against Virginia during the 2013 season as the Cavaliers have decided not to make the September 14th trip to Beaver Stadium, instead opting for a home game against the Oregon Ducks.

Two U.S. Congressmen Want Penn State’s Scholarships Back

Multiple outlets are reporting that U.S. Representatives Charlie Dent (R) (PA-15) , and co-writer Congressman Glenn Thompson (R) (PA-5) have filed a letter to Mark Emmert and the NCAA with a specific focus to restore the 40 scholarships taken from Penn State as included in the July sanctions levied against the university.
