Shed Pounds Just by Watching Chris Powell
Chris Powell, ABC’s Extreme Makeover Transformation Specialist, is coming to the Eisenhower Auditorium tonight at 7 p.m.
Whether the customer has a nutritional challenge, a physical goal, or both, every ambition can be met with Chris Powell’s approach. Powell first gained fame when he helped David Smith lose over 400 pounds in a little over two years.
Come pick up a few fitness tips from Chris Powell at the Eisenhower Auditorium tonight, provided by the Department of Kinesiology and Kinesiology Club, and funded by UPAC.
Tickets are free with your PSU student ID, and are available at at the HUB, Bryce Jordan Center, or at the Penn State Downtown Theatre.
