How Does a HEAL Dancer Stay Alert?

By: Doug Dooling

It’s no doubt that spending a day-and-a-half on your feet is an exhausting experience. How does one do manage to stay alert for all this time?

Other than eating food, he stays energized by drinking water for hydration. He prefers songs from musicians like Table Ten, pump-up music, and rager music back stage. He also has a “great” moraler to boost his spirits.

When the weekend is over, he will share his experiences with heal for tips for THON 2014.
