Jerry Sandusky’s Attorney Proceed with Appeal Process
Jerry Sandusky’s attorneys continued with the appeal process today, filing an appeal to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania asking for a new trial.
The filing states seven different reasons that a new trial is warranted, including the defense not having enough time to prepare for trial and a potential legal violation in the prosecution’s closing argument that unfairly implied Sandusky’s guilt.
