Current Penn State students can apply for positions on 12 committees: Corporate Sponsorship, Entertainment, Fundraising and Special Events, Greek Recruitment and Involvement, Hospitality, Logistics, Luminaria, Merchandise, Mission, Public Relations, Recruitment and Involvement, and Survivorship.

Relay For Life is a 24 hour overnight community event that raises funds for the American Cancer Society, which funds cancer research and patient care. The motto of Relay For Life is Celebrate, Remember, Fight Back; celebrate the survivors, fight back against cancer, and remember loved ones lost. Relay For Life of Penn State will take place in April 2014.

Position descriptions and the application can be found on Relay For Life’s website, as well as its Twitter and Facebook pages.

Applications are due at 5 p.m. on September 22. Interviews will be held the following week.
