Homecoming Court Video Series: Rhonda Bates

I recently sat down with the 10 students on this year’s Homecoming Court to get to know them a little better and ask them some fun questions they probably don’t get asked every day. Onward State will publish two videos a day leading up to Homecoming weekend as we await the next heirs of Penn State royalty.

Rhonda Bates: Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Rhonda is majoring in Human Development and Family Studies. Rhonda is president of the Student Minority Advisory and Recruitment Team (SMART) and is the Martin Luther King Jr. Commemoration Day of Service Director. Fun Fact: When Rhonda is bored, you’ll need to keep an eye on her because she’s like a little toddler. That’s why she is always so involved.
