Penn State is coming off an upset 43-40 win against the Michigan Wolverines on October 12, while Ohio State defeated Iowa last week at home, 34-24. The Buckeyes are coached by Urban Meyer, who is undefeated (19-0) in two years as the leader of the Scarlet and Gray.
