Jay Paterno to Speak at PRSSA Panel

Penn State’s chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) will host its second “Young Professional’s Guide to Success” night Wednesday, November 13 in 107 Agricultural Science building from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

PRSSA hopes the event will give students the opportunity to ask questions to a panel of Penn State alumni about the communications industry and learn specific techniques on networking. The panel will include the following alumni:

Jay Paterno: Writer, former football coach, and, relevant to PRSSA, Nets4Nets Executive Director.

Jalelah Ahmed: AccuWeather Weathercaster and Al Jazeera America Weather Anchor and Producer

Audrey Snyder: Patriot News Sports Reporter

PJ Mullen: B94.5 Program Director

Penn State’s Lawrence G. Foster Chapter of PRSSA was founded in 1997 and is currently the second largest chapter in the United States with more than 280 members.
