Movin’ On To Announce 2014 Acts March 18

Here’s something to look forward to following Spring Break: Movin’ On announced today via its Twitter that it has booked its artists for the 2014 concert and will reveal them during a DJ-hosted event in the HUB on March 18 from 12-2 p.m. The reveal itself will occur at 12:45.

Last year, Movin’ On announced its headliner in the fall semester before revealing the rest of the performances as a THON surprise. If you missed the show last year, the lineup was stacked, as MGMT headlined the 2013 concert, with Big Boi, Brand New, Gloriana, and Kids These Days tagging along as openers.

The 40th Movin’ On is scheduled for April 26 at the Park Avenue Intramural Fields. The concert, which is usually held the Friday before finals week, was moved up six days earlier this year.

While there’s no indication as to who any of the acts will be, I really hope Nelly comes this year. That’d be sweet.
