August 24, 2013 – The Penn State University class of 2017 sits for freshmen convocation.

August 30, 2013 – Welcome To Hockey Valley. Onward State tours Pegula Ice Arena two months before it opens.
August 31, 2013 – Bill O’Brien holds the football team back as they prepare to storm MetLife field for the first game of the 2013 season.
August 31, 2013 – After sitting out the first half, Allen Robinson explodes in the second for 133 yards and a touchdown as Penn State beat Syracuse, 23-17.
September 4, 2013 – 322 students camp out at Nittanyville for the first home game against Eastern Michigan.
September 5, 2013 – The Lion Shrine gets a makeover.
September 7, 2013 – Zach Zwinak celebrates after scoring a touchdown against Eastern Michigan.
September 7, 2013 – There are lots of reasons to celebrate after Penn State steamrolls Eastern Michigan, 45-7.
September 11, 2013 – Onward State meets Aaron Carter. He doth drink from our cup.
September 14, 2013 – Allen Robinson pulls in 143 yards and a touchdown against UCF. Penn State lost 34-31. (We’ll see you in Ireland!)
September 14, 2013 – Win or lose, there’s always time for the Alma Mater at the end of the game.
September 20, 2013 – The “March” for Truth is held.
September 21, 2013 – The Kent State game was so wet that these fans wore their bathing suits.
September 21, 2013 – Torrential downpours were no problem. Penn State seemed to like playing in the rain and won, 34-0.
October 5, 2013 – Zach Zwinak and the team head to Indiana. We don’t need to talk about it.
October 6, 2013 – Childish Gambino came to Penn State (and forgot his pants on the bus).
October 11, 2013 – John Amaechi is the 2013 Homecoming Grand Marshal.
October 11, 2013 – Nate Jensen scores the first goal in Pegula Ice Arena’s history.
October 12, 2013 – Allen Robinson makes “The Catch” during the quadruple-overtime thriller against Michigan.
October 12, 2013 – Nittanyville took it to the next level.
October 12, 2013 – After the historic 43-40 win, Hackenberg got to sing the Alma Mater with 100,000 of his closest friends.
October 15, 2013 – Penn State releases its new ill-received marketing campaign “Penn State Lives Here.”
October 26, 2013 – Penn State heads to OSU.
October 27, 2013 – We’ll get ’em next year.
October 28, 2013 – Penn State started getting in shape for THON with the THON 5K.
October 31, 2013 – Happy Halloween!
November 2, 2013 – Coach O’Brien keeps an eye on Christian Hackenberg’s mechanics before the Illinois game.
November 2, 2013 – Those mechanics didn’t matter when Hackenberg decides to just run it in for a touchdown.
November 2, 2013 – Penn State wins it in overtime, 24-17.
November 13, 2013 – 100 Days ’til THON.
November 13, 2013 – Tim Frazier begins his final season for Penn State basketball.
November 13, 2013 – And Pat Chambers dug in for a roller coaster of a season.
November 16, 2013 – Penn State vs. Purdue was Military Appreciation Day.
November 16, 2013 – Zach Zwinak played like a tank, racking up three touchdowns on the ground.
November 16, 2013 – Penn State won 45-21, and this student had fun.
November 17, 2013 – Onward State celebrates its fifth birthday. Sorry, your invitation must have gotten lost in the mail.
November 17, 2013 – Matt “Moxie” McGloin throws for 197 yards and three touchdowns in his first NFL game.
November 23, 2013 – Penn State takes the snowy field against Nebraska.
November 23, 2013 – It was a messy, back-and-forth game.
November 23, 2013 – But Nebraska ended up winning in overtime, 23-20.
November 26, 2013 – Downtown State College was turned into a winter wonderland over Thanksgiving Break.
November 30, 2013 – The football team rebounds with a 31-24 victory over No. 15 Wisconsin.
December 8, 2013 – Greek Sing takes over the Eisenhower Auditorium.
December 8, 2013 – Wrestling packs the BJC and a sell-out crowd watches them dominate Pitt, 28-9.
December 9, 2013 – Families enter the THON Carnival through a human tunnel.
December 9, 2013 – And the 2014 THON logo is revealed!
December 14, 2013 – Penn State basketball Returns to Rec for a much-hyped game against Princeton.
December 14, 2013 – It was an awesome crowd, but Penn State falls to Princeton in overtime, 81-79.
December 22, 2013 – Women’s volleyball wins its fifth national championship in seven years!
January 10, 2014 – Bill O’Brien heads to Texas. Thanks for the memories, coach. Nice socks, Mr. President.
January 11, 2014 – It was a roller coaster ride getting him, but Penn State football has a new coach: former Vanderbilt head coach James Franklin.
January 11, 2014 – James Franklin and company are introduced to the Penn State media.
January 22, 2014 – Candles are lit at the Joe Paterno Vigil.
January 31, 2014 – Jay-Z comes to Penn State.
February 5, 2014 – No one parties like James Franklin parties on Signing Day.
February 13, 2014 – THON Color Wars!
February 13, 2014 – The Great Old Main Snow Bowl of ’14.
February 13, 2014 – A student skis to class during a blizzard.
February 17, 2014 – Penn State’s 18th president is announced. Welcome back, Eric Barron!
February 20, 2014 – THON is tomorrow!
February 21, 2014 – THON is today!
February 23, 2014 – A couple days later, everyone is still standing.

February 27, 2014 – Penn State upsets #22 Ohio State, 65-63.
March 1, 2014 – The Lady Lions become the Big Ten champions with a 77-62 win over Michigan.
March 9, 2014 – Penn State wrestling earns its fourth straight Big Ten Wrestling Championship.
March 11, 2014 – The infamous State College permafrost thaws out over Spring Break.
March 21, 2014 – 55 Days of Cafe begins!
March 23, 2014 – Penn State is your 2014 NCAA wrestling champions!
March 31, 2014 – UPUA walks to Harrisburg.
April 2, 2014 – Anand Ganjam is voted in as the UPUA President.
April 5, 2014 – Penn Staters crunch code at Hackpsu.
April 8, 2014 – Allen Robinson decides to take his talents to the NFL and talks with the media after Penn State’s Pro Day.
April 9, 2014 – Cheerleaders show off a stunt at the Old Main Open House.
April 12, 2014 – Coach Franklin heads onto the field before the 2014 Blue-White game.
April 12, 2014 – Franklin joins the team for the Alma Mater after the game.
April 26, 2014 – Wiz Khalifa closed out a great day at Movin’ On 2014.
April 27, 2014 – John Urschel is surprised with his own spot on the mural during the Herb Hand Pizza Crawl.
May 4, 2014 – The only thing standing between this year’s seniors and graduation is Finals Week!
