Study Abroad Week Is Here

Studying abroad is an awesome experience, but deciding where to go and applying for a program can be an intimidating task. To help students who are starting this process, the Education Abroad office is hosting a variety of events today through Friday as part of Study Abroad Week.

Students can attend events like a Study Abroad 101 session that gives basic details about getting started or more specific presentations about programs that relate to different majors.

Here are today’s events:

What: Study Abroad Information Session, College of Arts and Architecture
When: 5-6 p.m.
Where: 121 Borland Building

What: Morocco, Islam and Intercultural Dialogue Summer Program
When: 6-7 p.m.
Where: 308 Sparks Building

What: Pforzheim, Germany Summer Program Information, Smeal College of Business
When: 6-7 p.m.
Where: 107 Business Building

What: Global Health Minor Information Session, College of Health and Human Development
When: 7-8 p.m.
Where: 110 Henderson, University Park Campus

Other events throughout the week:

What: Study Abroad 101
When: 12-1 p.m. Wednesday
Where: 410 Boucke Building

What: New Programs! Study in Bhutan or Australia and New Zealand
When: 12-1 p.m. Thursday
Where: 122 Ag Admin Building

What: Funding Study Abroad Presentation
When: 12-1 p.m. Friday
Where: 410 Boucke Building
