Dancers start out their 46-hour journeys with an emotional run through a tunnel of screaming fans and high fives, pumping up their energy they prepare for the daunting but exhilarating task that is THON.
What better way to pick up the energy in the weening hours of the day than to relive it?
Watch as we send dancer Taylor Griffon with a GoPro through the tunnel, and meet up with dancers as they reach the end. And then watch it again when you feel low on energy, and keep on dancing for the kids!
