Student bands were eligible to apply for the battle if they could play a 15-minute set of all original songs, among other guidelines. Last year’s Battle of the Bands winner, Lenina Crowne, opened for rapper Wiz Khalifa.

The current lineup:

1. William Forrest
2. The Trap Doors
3. Stuart Little
4. Keegan Tawa
5. Kelly Barber & Dharma’s Initiative
6. Port Vue
7. Mute Cities
8. Queue
9. The Absolute Sky

Movin’ On will take place May 1 at the IM Fields West and feature popular artists Passion Pit, Big Sean, Big Gigantic, New Politics, and Atmosphere. Watch Lenina Crowne’s winning performance from last year’s Movin’ On Battle of the Bands:
