Fair Trade Penn State is proud to announce State College’s official designation as a Fair Trade Town. Fair Trade Penn State is a student-lead organization at Penn State University who work to widely increase the awareness, availability and use of Fair Trade products throughout the Penn State University Park campus and State College area, and is part of a nation-wide organizing effort called Fair Trade Towns USA.

With the university's student conduct investigation report, the IFC will conduct its disciplinary review of the chapter.

Four days after commemorating the lives of nine students who passed away over the last year, members of the Penn State community gathered again in mourning. Friends and members of Phi Beta Sigma hosted a candlelight vigil Thursday night in front of the IM building to honor a graduating senior.
In the State College music scene, 2015 has been the year of Mute Cities. The local favorite won the Battle of the Bands, earning them a spot as the opening set at Movin' On 2015.
