Leah Still Finishes Radiation Treatments

The always adorable Leah Still, daughter of former Penn State football player Devon Still, scored another huge win in her battle with cancer. Devon Still announced on his Instagram that Leah is done with radiation and finally got to ring the bell signifying her successful completion of the treatments.

The news comes a week after Devon’s emotional speech at the ESPYs as he accepted the Jimmy V Perseverance Award on behalf of his daughter.

“I just want to thank you,” he said, addressing Leah. “From the moment you were born, you molded me into the man I am today. In five years, you’ve taught me more about life than I ever could to you.”

After being in remission for three months, Devon said before the ESPYs that Leah is “almost back to her normal self now.”

This is great news for an inspirational family and such a supportive community. Way to go, Leah!
