Penn State Athletics To Continue Running On Dunkin’

Fear not, coffee and doughnut lovers: Penn State Athletics will once again “Run On Dunkin'” this year, according to Penn State Athletics. Dunkin’ Donuts of Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania will be the preferred coffee of the Penn State Athletics department, including special promotions for Penn Staters (aka free coffee Mondays are back…oh wait, not this week) and Penn State themed products.

“We are very excited to continue our co-branding partnership with Dunkin’ Donuts,” said Tom McGrath, Penn State’s Associate Athletic Director for business relations. “Our partnership with Dunkin’ Donuts brought significant exposure to both parties last year, and I can’t wait for our fans to experience Dunkin’s new Penn State-themed products and promotions for 2015.”

The “Penn State Wins, You Win” program gifts Penn State fans a free medium coffee, hot or iced, through the Dunkin’ Donuts app the Monday after a Penn State football win. The perks of the partnership also include a “Fuel up for GameDay” package. Consisting of a Penn State themed donut box, a themed Box O’ Joe, and the official Penn State Pride Donut, the package allows Penn Staters to deck their breakfast out in blue and white for football season.

Additionally, Dunkin’ Donuts will be giving out free samples at Beaver Stadium during three football games this fall. Search for the booth at the Football Fan Fest on Curtin Road on Sept. 19 vs. Rutgers, Oct. 3 vs Army, and Nov. 21 vs. Michigan.
