We Want To Meet Your State College Pets

Leaving home for college is no easy task. It means saying goodbye to countless family members, friends, neighbors, and your local favorite coffee shop. Yet perhaps the hardest goodbye for some students is bidding farewell to their pets. After all, it’s not like any of Penn State’s dorms have room for your eighty-pound golden retriever. But for some lucky souls, the start of the school year doesn’t mean saying goodbye to their dear furry friends. Instead, the pets come along for the ride!

Onward State wants to meet your pets, Penn State! Do you have a cute pet here at Penn State? Do you know someone who has an on-campus pet? We want to see them! From your slimy reptilians to your classic furry puppies, we’re on the look-out for the best pets here on-campus and downtown. Take some pictures of your pet looking his/her finest. In addition to your own name and contact information, be sure to include the following:

  • Your Pet’s Name
  • Age
  • Species
  • Any fun facts or stories about your pet

Submit your campus pets to carolyn@onwardstate.com. We look forward to meeting your pets!
