3:30 Kickoff Set For Maryland Game

Set your clocks, Penn State. The Oct. 24 kickoff in Baltimore for the Nittany Lions’ matchup with the Terrapins is set for 3:30. The teams are meeting at a neutral location, the Baltimore Ravens’ M&T Bank Stadium, though Maryland is credited as the home team. The last time the teams met was an ugly 20-19 win for Maryland at Beaver Stadium last season.

Maryland currently sits at 2-4, and just fired its head coach. Penn State is 5-1, coming off of an impressive win over Indiana on Homecoming. This upcoming week, Penn State travels to No. 1 Ohio State for an 8:00 p.m. kickoff on ABC, and Maryland has a bye week. Television information hasn’t been made available for the game yet.

After Ohio State, thisĀ is Penn State’s first road game since its season opener in Philadelphia against Temple, and the second time this year it will play in an NFL stadium. The Nittany Lions went undefeated in their five-game homestand, and look to become bowl-eligible in the next two weeks with a win over the Buckeyes or Terrapins.
