[Video] The State Of Skate

Skateboarding is illegal in some places on both Penn State’s campus andĀ in downtown State College. The sport, seen as vandalism among other things, is generally looked down upon by people in the community.

With no skate parks within a reasonable distance, State College skaters have to find a way to enjoy their passion while flying under the radar. This has created an underground community of skaters who want nothing more than for people to seeĀ skating as the art it really is.
