[Photo Story] Drive Thru Dunkin’ Donuts Opens On South Atherton

Penn State coffee lovers have a new spot to enjoy the good ole bean, as Dunkin’ Donuts opened its fourth State College franchise last Friday.

The once-vacant lot located on 1311 South Atherton Street adjacent from Papa John’s is now home to the drive thru Dunkin’ and Atherton Place, a new fully-rented apartment complex opening today. Dunkin' Donuts

Students on-the-go will no longer need to trek down to College Avenue for their DD fix. The new drive thru alleviates the need to leave the comfort of one’s car on the way to class.
