We Want To Hear About The Worst Internship Experiences Of Summer 2016

Plenty of eager students exited the spring semester feeling bubbly and excited about the prestigious internships they spent months trying to secure. Oh, the knowledge they were about to gain! The connections that would be forged! Nothing could be better — until they realized their three month stay at that Fortune 500 company was about to transform into a living hell.

Not all internships students took part in were nightmares, but for every Goldman Sachs summer analyst living the dream on Wall Street, there were just as many coffee fetchers trapped in a labor-intensive, compensation-less prison, toiling away as hours began to feel like months.

We know you all have plenty of juicy internship horror stories, and we want to hear about them.

Send these four bits of information to Mikereisman@onwardstate.com:

  • Your name
  • Year and major
  • Internship site and brief description of what your role entailed
  • Your horrible experience. Spare no details, we want to hear it all.

We can’t wait to hear about your terrible summers!
