Gameday Coverage: Penn State vs Temple

Welcome to gameday, Penn State! The Nittany Lions return home to take on Temple after losing a heartbreaker to Pitt 42-39. The Owls upset the Lions last year in stunning fashion meaning revenge will be on the mind during today’s game

Penn State holds the series lead with a 39-4-1 all-time record against Temple. Here’s all the media information you’ll need for today’s game:

Last Time They Met

Temple upset the Lions 27-10 at Lincoln Financial Field for the first victory against the Lions in a long time. Running back Jahad Thomas gouged Penn State for 135 yards and two scores.

Injuries

Linebacker Jason Cabinda’s status is unknown, but it doesn’t look very promising. Expect Manny Bowen to get plenty of snaps in his place if Cabinda can’t go. Wide receiver Saeed Blacknall’s status is also up in the air, as is Jahad Thomas of Temple.
