The HUB lawn bursted with energy and excitement this afternoon during Homecoming’s Best of Penn State Carnival. Not many people can say they ate a snow cone and touched a baby kangaroo in the same day. Don’t you just love our school? Here are some snapshots from the afternoon in case you missed the hype.
